I have prayed on your behalf that the Lord will move with compassion in the heart of the company that is garnishing your wages. Find some scriptures pertaining to your situation like Isaiah 54:17 saying that No Weapon formed against you shall prosper. Speak God's Word back to Him; put Him in remembrance of the promises He has made to you. It's not that God needs to remember what He has told you but I believe God delights in us knowing His Word and He also wants us to speak His Word. We are supposed to speak what we believe not what we don't want to happen.
A child of God has power that Jesus has given us. If we use this power to speak negative things into our lives then we will have the desires of our heart because what is in the heart of man comes out. So begin to speak the Word of God and tell the devil a child of God shall not be moved - that's God's promise to me. Don't be weary in well doing for you shall reap if you faint not. What this is saying to you about your current situation is don't get discouraged, doubtful, or faint because it may not happen when you want it to.When you continue to walk and live in accordance to God's Will and you don't see things happen right away sometimes it's because your faith is being tested and strengthened.
Be Strong and Walk in Faith and God may move in someone's heart to stop the garnishment. Maybe you can ask the company for another chance to make payments on a certain payment schedule at a smaller amount. Some companies also have settlement amounts which mean they may settle the debt for a smaller amount. God Bless!
