Thanks for your prayers. Leander I'll take your advice. Ron called last night wanting to talk about divorce and I hung up on him. I can't talk to him about this right now, and he was being really sarcastic. He is taking Brooke my youngest (13yr old) this weekend to stay with him and I pray that he doesn't go out drinking and leave her with his mother all weekend. Which happened the last time she stayed with him. Brooke isn't feeling too well today, I think she is coming down with a cold and I know (the weather here in Indiana is cold) he will not make her stay inside and stay warm. I am at my wits end. Maybe things will be ok, but I doubt it.
Anyway I did want to say thanks and my prayers go out to all of you as well.

Suzie, you are an insperation too me. And I know alot of your brothers and sisters in Christ. When you have your quiet time in the Lord, I know you must have a peace that no one can decribe. I will pray daily for you as well as the others on this prayer line, that we all keep our eyes on our Lord. And that we allow God to take over the problems we face. I pray also that Jesus would heal Brooky. Bless her Lord with good health spiritual, & bodily. May the Lord give her a peace through this trile. And I pray that you would grow strong enough to handle the bitterness your husband is trying to put on your sholders. Father give Suzie decerment on how to deal with her husband's attude toward her, with a loveing and forgiveing heart. I also pray that Satan would not win in any form. Allow Suzie's love for him and her strength draw Ron back to her. I ask all of this in Jesus,s Name, Amen.

Hi Suzie, Thanks for your wonderful letter. Your'e much stronger than me when it comes to your marriage. May God Bless you and Keep Brooke safe this weekend. You are standing on faith alone that your husband will give up drinking which is amazing. I will pray for Godly people to come in to contact with him and help him to let go this time forever. I look forward to hearing when things are going well again. By the way I have always liked the name Brooke, I almost called my daughter that but I ended up with Shannon (name of an Irish River).

I will keep you, your husband and Brooke in my prayers. I am sitting here so confident about your situation. I haven't been positive much else for a long time. I guess God is saying everything will come together.

God Bless.

Blessings

They say in Alanon to take care of yourself first. I feel that for God's people that means to get closer to God and walk in all of His Ways, in bad times and in good. A bad marriage is much like dealing with an addict, and often both deceptions of satan come in through the same person/situation -- I pray for you to take care of yourself first in all of this, and draw you and your family (those that choose to come with you) closer to Christ, and seek your answers and solace in Him and the great God the Father who sent him. I pray for you to find your spiritual guidance and peace in God and Christ as you go through these painful times. I have been at this for years, and God has blessed and protected and guided me and our sons through it all, even through my wife has been choosing the wrong path. Good will come out of this. Do not give up, and pray always, especially with your actions.

Your brother in Christ,

Frank C.

Hi Suzie, not entertaining the devil, PRAISE GOD! When we don't entertain the wiles of the enemy, we keep our peace. Hold on, the stronger you get, the weaker the attack will become, the old strategies to shake you won't work anymore! Thank You Father for working EVERYTHING out for Suzie's good and for putting a hedge of protection around her children that NO hurt, harm or illness will touch her in any way, in Jesus' name, amen, amen, amen.
