Quick anger relief: Invision you achieve your goals, everything is going your way. Take a deep breath slowly for 5 second let it out 5 seconds, continue for one minute. Take a shower or bath, add 1/2 cup of salt if avail. Understand the physiology of anger. Anger is released as a chemical in the body, it raises the heart rate and adrenaline is increased. Your pupils will dialate and your seratonin will elevate. Meditate in prayer and say softly "Holy, Holy Holy all that is Holy" for at least 1 minute. I live near Washington DC where most seem angry or tense, this is how I remain immune. God be with you! You can control anger as a you can any other bodily function. Channel the extra energy to something productive, mow the lawn, wash your car, toss a ball with a child (gently), do something that makes you feel good.
