Loving God, as a mother gives life and nourishment to her children, so You watch over the Church. Bless these women, that they may be strengthened as christian mothers. Let the example of their love and faith shine forth. Grant that we, their sons and daughters, honor them always with the spirit of profound respect. Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen&amen.

THANK YOU FOR THIS. I WOULD LIKE TO HONOR MY OWN MOTHER, WHO PASSED AWAY IN 2001. HER NAME WAS KAY AND SHE GAVE ALL FOR HER CHILDREN. I LOVE YOU, MOMMY. I ALSO WANT TO HONOR MY "ADOPTIVE" MOM, DOROTHY. SHE HAS ADOPTED ME AS HER DAUGHTER SHE NEVER HAD, AND I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE HER. GOD BLESS ALL MOTHERS.

Lord, we say Amen to Linda's prayers for mother's, and I say R.I.P to my mother, although I never knew about her that much until adulthood, I still cherish that fact that I at least had one. I pray for the strength for these mothers to raise healthy well rounded children, spiritually, mentally, physically, and with the gifts of the fruit of the spirit, the gift of the golden rule, and for the word of God to rest, rule, and abide as the center of their lives. In Jesus' name I'm praying for all mothers to be honored and treated with the utmost respect on this wondrous celebration of them on this special day. AMEN
