Sorry brothers and sisters...I pressed "Enter" on the previous prayer request... Dear Heavenly Father, I want first to ask for forgiveness from my brothers and sisters in Christ for being "away" from our Prayer Line. That certainly does not mean that everyone is not continuosly in my prayers. Lord, I ask you now to please see to all of the needs of my brothers and sisters and bless them and their families, as only You can do. Lord, you know my situation....Boyfriend in denial about his diseases...alcoholism, controlling me like a robot, beating me down as a person, going into serious debt....Lord, the list goes on and on...why do I still love him and feel that I need to "fix him" and make all his problems go away? Lord, you know that I am an admitted alcoholic, however, You Lord have given me the strength to buy a vehicle to get to a "NEW" job and "hang-in there" when times get really tough around here. Lord, I am starting to become "drained", "tired" (can't sleep), and wanting to destroy everything I am trying to accomplish to be a "glimmer in your eye Lord", because I feel undeserving of ANY good in my life. (The boyfriend focuses on knowing this about me and uses it as a tool to "break me down".) The demons are attacking me every which way I turn...please help. I Pray this in Your Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Kyle I am so glad to see you post you haven't answered my emails. Father I pray yuou will continue to show Kyle the way out and release her from her co-dependency she has on Stephen. Lord let her trust in you and allow you to be her provider as you said you would be. In Jesus Name Amen

You should check out www.amazingprayer.com. It is a free 20 day course about praying. I did day 3 today, about finances. It's delivered to you every day by email. It also has lessons about relationships. I think this would help you. ... The other day I read a sermon (I try to read a sermon every day. I get them off the Internet. It helps me.) Anyway, this sermon was about a multitude lying by the pool of Bethesda in the Bible. Jesus only picked this one guy. He could have healed the whole multitude but he just picked this one guy. He said to him,"Take up your bed and walk." Actually, it was a pallet, not a bed like we have. It would have been too heavy. The point was he couldn't go back to being sick. You should also check out another terrific web site: www.cyberhymnal.org. I play hymns every day on this web site. It really helps me.

Dear Lord I ask you today to give Kyle the strength to end this abusive relationship. I can relate to this female, I was in a 8 year relationship that was mentally and physically abusive. I stayed for so long because I felt like I would be nothing without this man. I was abused and neglected as child and had a low self esteem and this man (and I should the term lightly) saw my weakness and took advantage of it. Friends and relatives begged me to leave but I just couldn't. Finally, God gave me strength to walk away from this person and I haven't looked back. It was like being freed from prision. Sister I know that no matter what I say or what anyone else says you can't leave until you are ready. I'm praying that God will soon give you the strength to walk away. I'm not saying it will be easy, you may cry for days, stop eating, or overheat, it may feel like your heart is breaking, but sister you know weeping will endure but a night, but joy cometh in the morning. God will help you survive, He will heal your broken heart, He will deliver a worthy mate, He will bless you. But He only helps those that help themselves. Sister look deep within yourself and get the strength to leave. I know in my heart you can do it, because I did it. In God's name I pray. Amen.

If you want the blessings of God, get rid of the boyfriend who has abused you, belittles you, he manipulates you and you keep going through the same old stuff over and over again because you don't do anything to change it. You have to get your life in line with what the word of God says. If you want to serve God then serve Him and put Him first. Choose you this day whom you will serve. Joshua 24:15. I pray that you make a committement to the Lord He does deliver and has you but if you look back eventually you will turn back and that is what you are doing. Look to His word and see what He requires of us. Obedience to His word.
