Prayer Request

Hello Irina, thanks for replying to my request. Please don't worry. I am in no way going to take this to court. Almost everything we have is jointly owned so he could take anything he wants I don't mind. I will never get back at him.....I will pray that God will speak to his heart. Right now all I am trying to do is stay in this house without him paying for the mortgage.....I have emailed you and explained what I want to do to be able to pay it myself.

I told him everything I found out today and have made him aware that he would need to pay Child support which is a percentage of his salary. Thats all I'm asking for. He also knows that he can pay it by cash, cheque or direct into my bank. He didn't mind when I said that, but I know he would pay atleast that.

As you can see all I want for him to do is pay Child Support every month. And for God to answer my prayer to be able to keep up the mortgage on the house. He will then be able to move out freely and be able to pay his own rent.

I'm going to be strong about this but most importantly not vindictive. He can see Shannon as often as he likes too.
I know that I will be able walk from all this guilt free because I know I tried, I suggested ways to sort it out but he doesn't want to know. So I'm letting him go without a fight or any kind of threat.

please think of your child, I have been through this and struggled and struggled because I did not receive my child support or alimony. Do not give up with out a fight for your marriage and child sometimes the court will order counseling before they grant divorces. I do not know how long you have been married but hang in there. Shannon deserves to be stable and not have to feel the emotions children feel when the parent they live with has financial troubles and you will end up bitter at your husband and she will feel it and he will get all the fun time and it will cause problems with you and Shannon later on. Don't give up fight for everything you can get they won't make it where he can't live but they will make it where you and Shannon can and where he will realize his mistakes everytime he gets his paycheck!
