Please pray for me, I seriously need some prayer. Ever since the rape happened, four months ago, I dropped out of school. I am nineteen years old, have nightmares all the time, as well as panic attacks. Pray that I can gain some self-esteem and move from this situation. Pray that God still loves me, and forgives me, for denying him all these months. That the friends that know my situation forgive me for being so negative. And that they don't take it personally.

I am so sorry to hear of your ordeal. I can only imagine how painfull and tormenting something like this can be. All I can say is try to be brave and pray to God earnestly to release you from this pain. Pray that he will heal your scars and give you inner peace. I will pray for you everyday. Lord Jesus, I cry out to you for this lady who was brutally attacked by someone so evil. I pray Lord Jesus that you will fill her with your Holy Spirit. I pray peace into her heart and pray for you to lift the nightmares and attacks this ordeal is causing her. Noone should have to experience something like this. Please heal her Lord and give her the wisdom and guidance to become stronger day by day. In Jesus Name I Pray. Amen.

Dear Anon in CA: I definitely feel your pain, anger, lack of self-esteem. You see, On Labor Day in 1984 I was brutally raped by (3) young men (if you dare call them men!). I have a scar across my tummy from a knife wound they inflicted on me as a daily, constant reminder of the nightmare I endured that night. Until recently, I have "beaten myself up" over and over again feeling worthless, dirty, used and abused. I continued on a downward spiral of destroying myself (drug and alcohol abuse and being promiscuous) until I FINALLY, TRULY let the Lord into my life. You too, with the strength, love and mercy of the Lord can beat the Demon who hurt you so very badly. I will pray for you every day! I pray today that you will "hit your knees" and ask that the Holy Spirit comes into your heart and soul and relieves you of all the horrible feelings and memories you are experiencing, and replaces them with loving, beautiful, spiritual feelings and memories. May God Bless you. I pray this all in His Precious and Holy Name. Amen.
