Lord,
I come to you so hopeless. I feel so broken down and emotionally drained. I just don't know what to do about our broken relationship. We've made some progress in that we are now talking, but the phone calls are starting to slow down. I get my hopes up to hear his voice and then I crash down hard when the phone doesn't ring. I just don't know how long I can keep on doing this to myself. I want to work things out, but I can't seem to get a straight answer out of him. I'm on an emotional roller coaster and it isn't slowing down. Lord, please give me the strength and patience to overcome this. I ask that you fill me with your faith & spirit. Help me to understand what you are doing to out relationship. May we be able to restore what is broken. May we further open the lines of communication so that we both can be on the same page. May we become better people and better partners for one another through this time apart. Lord, I ask for your help in restoring our relationship. I ask this in your name. Amen.
