Testimony

I have a wonderful testimony. God healed my vision. I was told by an opthalmologist that I had bleeding retinas due to diabetes. I was told I would need to wear glasses by another doctor. I was also told the only way to stop the bleeding was to have surgery and the surgery wouldn't help for long because it was possible the retinas could open again. But God said," By His Stripes I was healed" and "He will restore health unto me and heal me of all my wounds". I refused to accept a doctor telling me I needed glasses because God showed me a glimpse of my future and there weren't any glasses in it. Another doctor told me I was farsighted but God told me I am healed and He would restore health to me. I stood on God's Word and spoke it out loud when the enemy tried to make me doubt. Well, as far as the retinas, I waited for over a year to go see another doctor because I refused to go hear the "doctor's report". I had decided to go ahead and have laser surgery if I could to correct the problem. I had pretty much given up. Then I was talking to God and asked Him about helping me to get approved through my insurance for laser vision surgery and God told me clearly," Stop anticipating surgery and anticipate healing". So, I began again to confess the Word of God over my eyes. Then I went to a retina specialist because I felt very moved to go. As I was in the office the doctor checked my eyes and the nurse was writing down a lot of notes. So after the doctor was finished he told me you have some of the most perfect eyesight I have seen for a person with diabetes for thirty years. He said, " There is nothing wrong with your vision, it's perfect." I began to shout, "God healed me". I was told over many years there was a problem but God said there isn't. I just logged into the site today and saw your message. Don't give up hope because the just shall live by faith. With my healing I went to a retina specialist and an opthalmologist. I received maybe three different reports from doctors that were wrong. Then I decided to refuse to believe the lies of satan. I had to stand on the Word of God and speak it over my sickness. When the devil put thoughts in my mind telling me I had vision problems I said devil you are a liar God told me I am healed.It took time but I refused to believe the lies I was being told because God's Word didn't tell me I am not healed.

Don't get impatient with God, because when you read the Bible you'll see that in John chapter 9 Jesus healed the blind man but first he told the blind man to go to the pool of siloam to wash. Now, if you carefully read this you will see a catch to what just happened. This was a man blind from birth. Jesus just put some eyesalve on His eyes and then told Him to walk. Now, the man didn't question God, he didn't ask anyone to help him find the pool.Remember the man was blind. The man just trusted Jesus' Word and went to a pool not knowing how to get there. The man trusted Jesus and therefore by His faith he was healed.Jesus could have healed him right then and there but instead Jesus wanted to test his faith by having him wait and walk to a pool before he could see.

Now, read Jeremiah 30:17 and see where Jesus says He will restore health unto you and heal you of all your wounds. This is one of the promises of God for healing. Speak it daily!

Now, your husband's eyes will open and make sure you thank God for what He has done. While your waiting on his eyes to open don't get discouraged by what is going on and how long it seems to take, believe only what God's Word says about him being healed. Even for deafness. Nothing is impossible for God. I have prayed and I prophesy this to you because I feel it in my Spirit so strongly that your husband's eyes are healed. He will gain his full eyesight back. God is really telling me to tell you this. Receive it by faith! God Bless you and yours!

In reply to the person suffering from double vision. What happened with me is over a year ago I was told I needed surgery to repair my retinas and was even told it is something expected for a person with diabetes. I could not except this because I know sickness is not God's Will for me to live with without ever receiving healing. So, I prayed, fasted, read some scriptures and waaaiiitted. It took a while but it happened. I can not sit here and tell you there were not times when I didn't doubt because there were but God put me in remembrance of His Word. God told me,"By His Stripes I was Healed and He told me He would restore health unto me and heal me of all my wounds. In Numbers 23:19 (NIV)- God is not a man that he should lie nor a son of man that he should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill? I had to firmly speak out loud the promises God made to me and REFUSE to believe what the doctor's told me about my vision. It's like I got a Holy Anger and just said clearly NO! When my doctor told me I needed glasses I talked to God about it and God let me know to not accept that because it was not His Will and when the doctor wanted to do surgery God said NOT SO!

I will say that I could do nothing of my own because God guided me the whole way. With that double vision you keep seeking God like you would if your life was on the line and you had to cry for help and do not claim it as if it is yours (My Double Vision). Be Persistent with God and Be Obedient To His Word.Keep a life that is pleasing to God. DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE because after having done all STAND! When those doctor's come with their grave report or with something other than what God's Word says about your life then you quickly speak what God's Word says and refuse to believe anything else. Take authority as a child of God over this demonic attack. Also, remember speak what you believe (2 Corinthians 4:13). Don't be discouraged God has not forgotten about you and as long as you remain steadfast in your walk with Him and continue to seek Him for your healing and speak what you believe you will be healed. Here's a Word from the Lord: You are healed and He will restore your health to you! Receive that Word by faith!
