I want to ask for your prayers for my mom. She had foot surgery a little over a week ago...and is currently off of work for up to 6 weeks. She is currently in a wheelchair because she is unable to put any weight on her foot...so she is not able to drive, or leave the house on her own (there are steps going out of their home that obviously she cannot get down in a wheelchair on her own). She is home during the day by herself, as my dad is at work. I try to call her during the day...but it is hard while at work. I called her today though, and her voice sounded so sad and lonely. I know being couped up all day gets to be long and boring. I know she is also concerned about their finances...since she is off of work, and they now have just my dad's income...with all of their bills and medical expenses coming up. I just ask for prayers for my mom that she would not lose heart, and not become discouraged...and be able to rest in the knowledge that God will somehow provide for them financially. I also pray that she would not be overcome with lonliness, or saddness.

May the Lord provide for all of your mom's needs JM, according to His riches in glory. May he surround her with peace and tranquility that surpasses all understanding. May he give her the spirit of faith and trust as the Centurion, and of the woman with the issue of blood that believed if she could only but touch the helm of His garment, that she would be healed. In jesus' name we pray for this mom's steadfast faith and assurance that God will make provisions where there's a need. AMEN

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. Matthew 6:27-34 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[a]? 28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

JM you are a beautiful child to pray for the welfare of your parents.I know the power of your name my Father God.Let there be an unmeasurable financial windfall for this family in the name of Jesus.Father God You are our Jehovah Jireh our provider and our Faith is always in You. Matthew 7: Father God you said ask and it will be given to you,seek and you will find,knock and it will be opened to you. Matthew 8: For everyone who asks receives and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Matthew 19: Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 20: For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Father God I am asking for this favor in the name of Jesus.Father God I trust you with every breath in my body and know that the victory is theirs in the name of Jesus.

Lord, hear JM's prayer for her mother. We lift her up to You Lord. Please provide JM's mom with the comfort of knowing you will provide for their needs. Let her take comfort in knowing that she has family who loves her and is there to help her through as she recovers. Reminder her that You are always with us, no matter what we are dealing with. We thank you Lord, for the blessings you have bestowed upon us and that we never walk alone. In Your name we pray. AMEN.
