Pending Divorce Dave	May 22 2008
Please pray for me and my wife, Lisa. I am dealing with the potential loss of my wife as she has filed for divorce after 16 years of marriage. I love her with all my heart so I keep praying for her and our marriage. As I pray for my wife, I see the changes are being made in me. I pray that she sees these changes and knows the importance of keeping our family together. Although we have very calm discussions about the situation, she doesn't seem to even consider us staying together. I need a miracle. I know the Lord doesn't want us to divorce but I don't see much hope. Please pray that God delivers a miracle for my wife and family. I know the Lord hears me.

Thank you so much for your prayers Dave. It is through these people who gives me strength as I go through this. Like you, we are suffering emotionally. It is hard what we are going through and sometimes I just want to give up. But I have come a long way. I already have fought the battle with God on my side and I will not turn back because I believe that God will prosper me through this. Because God is in my life right now, I am strong. I just really have to fight the evils around me. But because of all the people praying for me and you are one of them, I have the strength to stand up and go through this becuase God is with me. God will bless us Dave in so many ways. God will restore our marriage because we believe in Him. Be strong too and remember that we are here to pray for you. We will be triumphant because we have fully surrendered our problems to the Lord and it is only Him who will be able to grant our request. Keep on believing and praying. Remember that victory is on its way for us!!!

Father, I lift up Dave, and his marriage to Lisa. I pray that You would cover them with Your grace, peace, and love. I pray that you would intervene in Lisa's request for a divorce. As You say in Your Word..."a cord of 3 strands is not easily broken". Bind this couple together, Father, in You. Bring them close to you, and in turn close to each other. Open Lisa's eyes, and heart, to see that divorce is not of You, and is not in Your plans for them. As someone who is also on the edge of divorce, I understand the pain Dave is feeling...and I pray that You would comfort him. Let him feel Your peace, and let him know that You are right there with him, and will never let him out of Your hand. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Dear Lord, I pray for Dave and Kay as they are going through this obstacle in their married life. Like, me who too is being divorced by my husband of 8 years, listen to our prayers. We know Lord that marriage is divine and sacred.Let the heart of my husband and Dave's wife not be hardened. Embrace them with your love so that they may learn to love back again. Remove all the anger, hatred, bitterness and selfishness inside of them that makes them do this. Send forth thy Holy Spirit upon Kay that she may realize that aside from God family is much important than anything else. Help Dave be strong as he goes through this. Ease away the pain he is experiencing. Move mountains for us Lord. I know that nothing is impossible with you Lord. That both Dave and I will remain victorious in this battle. Give us strength and courage to face this. Bless Dave and make Kay realize how he is a good husband. In Jesus name. Amen.

I ASK THAT THIS MARRIAGE WILL BE PUT BACK TOGETHER AND FATHER GOD THAT DAVE AND LIZA WILL PUT YOU FIRST IN EVERYTHING AND THAT THEY WILL SERVE YOU WITH THEIR WHOLE HEART.
