A Prayer To The Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit, to You I lift
my open heart and ask for these gifts:
Courage to try with all my might
to follow Your way and do what's right.
Trust, so I have the vision to see
your perfect, loving plan for me.
Joy that shows I'm looking toward
heaven as my final reward.
Wisdom to help me find and fulfill
my mission in life and do Your will.
Hope to handle troubles with prayer,
to look for the good, renouncing despair.
Love to help me do my part
to better the world, heart by heart.
And. most of all, the Faith to see
You walking the journey,
right next to me.
