Ephesians 1:13-14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,

14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory.

I heard a story about a Greek scholar who was visiting Greece and stopped by a jewelry store. When he looked at the engagement rings, he noticed the sign above the rings "arrhabon". That is same the Greek word used above for "pledge". Imagine that, the Holy Spirit is your engagement ring from God. Now, that brings a whole new perspective to this conversation that we have been having about the "Righteousness of God".

God gave you an eternal promise and he sealed the promise with the Holy Spirit. A man and a woman come together in marriage and become one flesh. God has chosen you to be His, so that He (God) can become one with you.

John 17:21-23 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
21 that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.

22 "The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one;

23 I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me.

God is one with you and that is why God had to make you the "righteousness of God". For you to be one with God you must have "right-standing" in the presence of God. You are truly looking good! So go boldly, with great confidence and request of God everything you need and dream of.

Romans 8:32 New International Version (NIV)

32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Speak the Word:Father, I am one with you. You love me and gave Jesus for me. The Word says that you will freely give us all things. So Father, I ask you for…
