Psalm 91:4 New King James Version (NKJV)
4 He shall cover you with His feathers,

And under His wings you shall take refuge;

His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

How big is God? God is big enough to make the earth and all of the stars and planets. Now that is big! I want you to imagine being protected by God. Now keep in mind that God made the earth. Imagine a hand so big that millions of people could fit comfortably in His palm. Now think about how this is the God who set the sun on its course. God can stroll from galaxy to galaxy. This is the God who said "He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler."

34 "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!

Make it easy for God to work with you. Yield to God when He tries to gather you together with other believers. Yield to God and He will protect you. Don't resist God. He is only trying to help you, to bless you.

"His truth shall be your shield and buckler." You will find that the Word of God will act as a shield. The more you immerse yourself in God, the less you will be affected by the things of this world. Problems that used to stress you out will be "no problem". Get your self firmly rooted and grounded in the Word of God and the things of this world wont be able to touch you.

Speak the Word: Father I yield to you. I yield to your protection. I yield to your leading and guiding. I yield to your Word, which is my shield.
