Depression

I suffer from depression that spirals very quickly to suicidal thoughts. I could feel myself doing down and when I opened my free bible devitional this morning it was about putting your problems in God's hands and letting Him take care of them. I've tried but it hasn't worked well, the depression is so strong, but this morning by reading the command I was able to!! THANK YOU JESUS! I then went on to answer some prayers of others and I am feeling restored. Why was the topic that day something that I needed to hear? Because God heard my cry for help and he sent it. Miracle happen to me daily, and angels are sent my way. Thank you Lord and thank you for my devotionals, they really do save my life!

I also suffer from depression. I pray that God will deliver us and strenghten us all. He can and he will. But while we are going through this we must make a conscious effort to pray and draw close to God. It is then that he will carry us. He has never left us we are never alone. Talk to him and tell him how you feel. He is the hearer of prayers, The comforter of our souls. And remember for every storm that comes, there is a blessing right around the corner. May God sustain us all. Continue to press on......Write a list of gratitude, Give thanks, Get out side of yourself and help someone else. Its not easy but try it.... It does work.GOD BLESS...
