Ecclesiastes 11:1 New International Version (NIV)
1 Cast your bread upon the waters,
for after many days you will find it again.
Are you receiving something on every wave? Keep casting until you start receiving on every wave. Then increase how much you are casting. As you receiving more start giving more. As you increase the giving, the receiving will also increase.
Do not say, "But I never get anything!" Watch your heart. This is an exercise of love. Do not get selfish. Selfishness will stop the flow. Allow your giving to develop your love walk.

38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
As you increase your giving, you will increase your receiving. I know it sounds simple and obvious, but I want you to get this in a way that changes your behavior. I want to get this to you in way that you will permanently increase your giving, so that you can receive more, so that you can give more, so that you can…

Speak the Word: Father, I give more and more everyday, and as I give so shall I receive. I receive more then enough so that at all times I have more then enough and I abound in every good work.
