Genesis 41:38 New International Version (NIV)

38 So Pharaoh asked them, "Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God ?"

Imagine if somebody important said that about you. Just imagine President Bush turning to the White House staff and saying about you, "Can we find anyone like this man/woman, one in whom is the spirit of God?" Are you hungry for God? Are you so hungry for the God that people can tell that you have the Spirit of God inside of you?

You have to be hungry for God if you want people to notice that you have God inside of you. It takes a hunger for God to live in a godly way. Any body can live like the World and some Christians do. Nobody can tell that God is on the inside when you live like the rest of the world.

Somebody that is hungry for God is different. They do not laugh at the jokes that the world laughs at. They do not date for the reasons that the world dates people. In the world people date because of looks, money, or something similar. Believers look for God. Believers look for the Spirit of God in people. Believers look for the fruit of the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-25 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

24 Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.

Walk in the fruits of the Spirit and everyone around will know that you have the Spirit of God on the inside.

Speak the Word: Father, I am hungry for you. I walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
