Galatians 3:13-14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us--for it is written, "CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE"--

14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

God did not want us to be under the curse. We have been under the curse because of sin. Did Jesus ever say, "It was God's will for you to sin"? Jesus never said such a thing. It was never God's will for anybody to sin. Sin opened the door to disease, sickness, poverty, murder, destruction, and every evil work. None of that existed before Adam sinned. All of it was introduced into the world because of sin.

Some people are mad at God because of all of the suffering that in this world. They think God should stop the suffering. Suffering is caused by sin. To stop the suffering you have to remove the sinner. That's not what God wanted, so instead God saved us from our sins.

John 16:33 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
33 "These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."

Jesus wants us to have peace. The word for peace that Jesus would have used is the Hebrew word "Shalom". There is no suffering in Shalom. Shalom means nothing missing, nothing broken. The verses in the Bible that use the word shalom always have something to do with receiving good or having good things. It has to do with good health, financial prosperity, good friends, good family life and more. It was never God's will for us to suffer sickness, disease, or poverty. Jesus came to restore us to what God intended for us to have. In Jesus you may have - divine health, financial prosperity, good friends, a good family life, and more, even if it takes a miracle.

Speak the Word: Father, in you, I have peace. I have health, prosperity, friends, family, and much more.
