1 Corinthians 13:8 New International Version (NIV)
8 Love never fails.
What are you dealing with? Is it a spouse? A boss? A coworker? A teacher? A parent? A child? No matter who you are dealing with "love never fails". Apply love to the situation the way you would apply medicine to wound. Put love on the way you would pour oil into an engine. Use the love that God has shed abroad in your heart and you will never fail.

5 Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
Once you have been hurt it is harder to trust and to love. Put your trust in God. Put your hope in God. God will never disappoint or delude you. People will disappoint you but God never will. When you love people as an expression of your love for God then you will not be disappointed. You know in advance that people will let you down. Now I am talking about pastors, teachers, and even the greatest man of God you know. If you put your trust in people, you will be let down. Put your trust in God. Let your love for others be an expression of your love God and you won't be disappointed, even when someone lets you down.
Let the love of God flow out of you onto everybody you come into contact with and you will never fail. You will never come short of the mark. You will fulfill your destiny and reach your destination. You will stand before God and hear God say "Well done good and faithful servant". Follow love and you will never fail.
Speak the Word: Father love is my highest goal. Love is my great pursuit. Love is the work of my life. I will not fail.
