John 6:38 New International Version (NIV) 38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.
Jesus always did the will of God. If you study the life of Jesus, you will learn about the will of God. Should I do this or should I do that? You will find the will of God for your life in the life of Jesus. Just find out what Jesus would do and do that.
Somebody might ask "Hey is it OK for me to spend the night at my boyfriends house?" You know the world does not think anything would be wrong with that, but what would Jesus do?
1 Thessalonians 5:22 King James Version (KJV) 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Would Jesus do something that had the appearance of evil? Not a chance. We can know with certainty that it would not be God's will for us to spend the night at our boyfriends/girlfriends house.
Ok so maybe you are sick. Is it the will of God for you to be healed?
Matthew 8:2-3 New American Standard Bible (NASB) 2 And a leper came to Him and bowed down before Him, and said, "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean."
3 Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Jesus always does the will of God. Jesus healed everybody that asked him for healing. Jesus never turned anyone away who asked Him to heal them. It is God's will that you are healed from the crown to the ground. It is God's will that you do not have any sickness or infirmity.
Speak the Word: Father, I am healed from the Crown to the Ground. I always strive to do your will in every area of my life.
