Matthew 6:24 New International Version (NIV)
24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.
Money makes a lousy God. It will never raise the dead, or give sight to the blind. Money won't love or forgive you. Money can't heal your body. Yet a lot of people think "Ohh if I only had a million dollars" or some other amount of money. But money won't solve the real problem.
Fear of not having enough drives a lot of people to want more money. They are afraid that they won't have enough. They think that money will solve the problem. The problem is "fear" not the money. Look, even if you had all the money in the world the fear would not go away. You would be rich and afraid instead of poor and afraid. Deal with the fear instead of dealing with the money.

18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
You see the real problem is a love problem not a money problem. When you intimately know how much God loves you, then you will have no fear. Hey, what can the bill collectors do, God loves you. God can handle anybody. God can handle any problem. Become intimately acquainted with God's love for you and live a fearless life.
Speak the Word:Father, reveal the breadth, the width, the height, and the depth of your love to me. Open the eyes of my understanding to how much you love me.
