Mark 12:29-31 New International Version (NIV)
29 "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 31 The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

You can love God with your mind by taking control of your thought life.

2 Corinthians 10:5 Amplified Bible (AMP)
5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),

God would never tell you to do something that you could not do. That would be unjust. God said we can take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, so we must be able to do it. Controlling your thought life starts with what you are exposing yourself to. What do you watch and listen to? If Jesus came over to your house would you watch that movie with Him? Or listen to that music with Him? If not then you should stop watching it. When you control what you watch and listen to, you will start thinking differently.

Philippians 4:8 New International Version (NIV)
8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.

Set your mind on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. If what you are thinking about is not ALL of these, then find something else to think about. Start quoting scripture out loud. Say it out loud so that you have to think about it.

Speak the Word:Father, I love you with all of my mind. My mind is focused on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
