1 Corinthians 6:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Do I use my body the way God wants me to? I do not want to put anybody under condemnation. We are about to look at some sensitive issues and I want you to know that no matter how you have lived your life, God loves you, and wants to set you free. Trust God. Seek God to give you freedom to live holy and God will deliver you. God will set you free.

1 Corinthians 6:13 Amplified Bible (AMP)
13 Food [is intended] for the stomach and the stomach for food, but God will finally end [the functions of] both and bring them to nothing. The body is not intended for sexual immorality, but [is intended] for the Lord, and the Lord [is intended] for the body [to save, sanctify, and raise it again].

Sexual immorality is any form of sex outside of one man and one woman in marriage. The world says, "if it feels good do it", but the Word of God says, "if it glorifies God do it". We are talking about the desires of your body or your flesh, and the desires of God.

Galatians 5:17-18 Amplified Bible (AMP)
17 For the desires of the flesh are opposed to the [Holy] Spirit, and the [desires of the] Spirit are opposed to the flesh (godless human nature); for these are antagonistic to each other [continually withstanding and in conflict with each other], so that you are not free but are prevented from doing what you desire to do.

18 But if you are guided (led) by the [Holy] Spirit, you are not subject to the Law.

Do you want to be free? If you need to be set free from sexual sin, then focus on being led by the Holy Spirit. Would you act certain ways if Jesus were there with you? Think about this, Jesus is with you everywhere you go. Get focused on living a life led by the Holy Sprit.

Galatians 5:22-25 Amplified Bible (AMP)
22 But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness,

23Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].

24And those who belong to Christ Jesus (the Messiah) have crucified the flesh (the godless human nature) with its passions and appetites and desires.

25If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.]

When you are focused in living in love, joy, peace, patience... you will find that you are free from the desires of your flesh. By walking in love, you are free from lust. You will live an abundant, victory filled life, which is completely satisfying.

Speak the Word: Father I live by the Spirit of God. I have crucified the flesh and I glorify you with my body.
