John 14:1 New International Version (NIV)
1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.
Trouble - to agitate; to disturb; to put into confused motion; to afflict; to grieve; to distress;
Now take a look at what Jesus said here "Do not". This is something that you have a choice about. You have control. Jesus is telling us "hey don't do this". You have the authority over your heart. It has to do with what you allow your self to dwell on. If you are agitated, disturbed, confused, afflicted, grieved, or something similar. If you are troubled then get your mind on Jesus. Trust Jesus. Trust that Christ (the anointed one and his anointing) will remove your burdens and destroy your yokes. Trust that you now have the Holy Spirit inside of you and that with the Holy Spirit came power to overcome every problem, every situation you will ever face.
Speak the Word: Father I will not let my heart be troubled. I trust you and Jesus said "If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." Therefore I am asking for... ...in Jesus name. Amen.
