Philippians 4:19 New International Reader's Version (NIRV)
19 My God will meet all your needs. He will meet them in keeping with his wonderful riches that come to you because you belong to Christ Jesus.

Who supplies your needs? Does God supply all of your needs? My wife and I bought a house and they put a tree in the back yard. The tree was planted in Nov. Leaves started coming out in March, but the first week of April some of the leaves were black and dead and some of the leaves were yellowing. Something was wrong. Notice my first instinct, I wanted to call the people who planted the tree, but why would I call them when God supplies ALL of my needs?

I sat down and prayed. There is a ring of dirt around the tree that makes a bowl in the dirt. God told me to fill it up with water and make sure that the tree had plenty of water. The tree lived and has done very well.

God will supply all of your needs. Don't l look to someone or something to supply your needs. Some people get upset with the company they work for or at the government because of some of the decisions that they make. Hey, they are not your source. Depend on God! Seek God with all of your heart, mind, and strength. God will supply all of our needs. We have to seek God for the answer and then act on the answer that He gives us.

Speak the Word: Father you are my source. I will find my answers by seeking you and doing what you have told me to do.
