Please pray for us. We found out today that we do not make enough money to keep our home. The mortgage company did a debt-to-ratio sheet that shows us in the negative each month of $170.00. We have been making our house payment so I don't understand how this is happening. We don't want to lose our home. This is the first home we have ever owned. Before we rented and had to move our daughter around a lot. She is in a school that she loves now and has made lots of new friends and is in the marching band. I would hate to have to move her to a new school again, it would break my heart. Please pray that God will help us through this. God bless you all and have a wonderful holiday season.

Lord I pray for you to guide Betty I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and have never heard of a mortgage company foreclosing on someone who is making the payments on time and is not behind, please put the right people in her path to help her with this situation. In Jesus name I pray.

Dear Lord, we pray and ask that you will be able to prevent this home from being foreclosed. Dear Lord, this family needs their home and if their home is foreclosed, it will affect their family and personal lives. Dear Lord, please help them clarify the situation with their bank. In Jesus Name We Pray Amen.

Our good Lord will provide you with an answer to your prayers. I am in the mortgage business and maybe you should consider re-financing to an interest only loan or lower you interest rate. Rates are still good through the rest of this year. Lock a lower rate.
