What can I pray, what can I do
Waya
Jul 03 2008

Hello and thank you for the prayer.

My name is Waya and I posted a comment about my husband. I would just like to update you on what has happened. My post was on June 29 to you.

My husband was to return back to the USA from Qatar on June 30. His mother had been telling him for days that she did not feel good about him leaving and coming to the US. The day he was at the airport to leave, she starting crying and saying that she did not want him to leave that it was not fair and she felt that somthing was going to happen to him. He was already sick from her telling him this for day and he was having night-mares. He canceled the flight at that point. He was to return for a hearing with USCIS over the voting issue and his 6 months out of the USA will be up July 9. If he does not return for the hearing and 6 months, he can never return again here. We have been married for 9 years. My daughter and son are so sad and does not understand why his mother is doing this. It is not the first time she has done this. Last Nov. 3 she did the same and he did not come back.

My question is: Is it right that she does this to him. She does not do this to the other brothers, only him. His father died 4 years ago and he would not have let her do this to him.

Is there any prayers I can pray that she stops this kind of treatment to him, that we are his family too. I feel that I am lossing my mind over all this. A year of this treatment from her is too much for us.

Please tell me what to do, what to pray and ask God to take all this away from me of pain and worry. I can't sleep anymore, I can not rest at all.

Thank You

Waya

The Lord Is My Shepherd...!

....Waya...The Lord is your/my Shepherd. I/you shall not want. He maketh me/you to lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me/you beside the still waters. He restoreth my/your soul; He leadeth me/you in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I/you walk through the valley of the shadow of death. I/you will fear no evil. for thou art with me/you; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me/you. Thou preparest a table for me/you in the presence of mine/your enemies: Thou anointest my/your head with oil: my/your cup runneth over; Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me/you all the days of my/your life: and I/you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. *AMEN*

What You Can Do
Destiny

You can come before the Father and give up all this to Him and ask for wisdom and discernment. You must release it all to Him and trust only in Him. He will deliver you. It may not be at the time or in the way you want, but He is always right on time. You can pray for your husband and for your mother in law. You should forgive them, no matter the outcome. To be forgiven, we must forgive. If this sounds difficult to you, I am sorry. We must walk in love, and faith and believe in Him and trust in Him for our prayers to be answered. Father God we lift up this family to You. This womand her children are hurting. Please send angels around them and let Your precious hand be upon them. We pray that You provide for them and give them comfort. We pray that this man's heart will be convicted and that he will return to his wife and family. We pray for the mother in law that You will touch her and that she will lay all anger and resentment aside and support this family emotionally. IN Jesus name, Amen
