I have a silly question, I want to talk to someone at work about some changes I would like to see. I'm wondering if I am doing the right thing in approaching this person, as they are above me in the job "food chain". Or should I just keep praying to the Lord, and hope and believethat things will change without my interfenence. I don't want to do the wrong thing, and it be like I ask God to help and then take it out of His hands by taking matters into my self. Or is it right to act-because faith without works is dead. How do I know? I hope I am making sense. Thanks, mg
Dear Lord, we pray and ask that you will advice Marianne how to raise the issue. Dear Lord, we leave this issue in your hands. In Jesus Name We Pray Amen.
Lord thank You that you will show marianne what steps to take to solve her issue, kinda sounds like she might need to feel this situation out since it's her source of income. I pray for her to have favor with this person. Father, marianne knows the secret of facing every situation. She is increasing in Your wisdom and in stature and years and in favor with You and man. She seeks Your Kingdom and Your righteousness and diligently seeks good, she is a blessing to the very person she is concerned with talking to about her issue. You Lord are pouring the spirit of favor upon marianne and Your mighty power is taking over in her now. In Jesus name, she is well favored by You and man. Amen&amen.
FATHER GOD I ASK THAT YOU GIVE THIS PERSON THE WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE THAT SHOULD BE DONE IN THIS JOB SITUATION. IN JESUS NAME AMEN
Ask this person over for dinner or someplace where you can open up and explain your issues with them. Let them know that you have some suggestions or opinions about change that you want to get their opinion about before making a decison to act. I'm sure that they will appreciate your willingness to at least get a second opinion before proceeding into unfamiliar or potentially adverse territory. There's no such thing as a dumb question, all qustions have validity, so don't think your opinions or suggestions don't carry any weight, it could be life altering. *AMEN*
