i pray especially for LR that by god's grace LR is capable of pouring kindness and support to me for the lord draw out concern and love and full support from her, by his grace and mercy for me. The lord open LR's eyes to see the pain and hurt her equally powerful collegue have caused me. The lord opened LR 's eye to see the humiliation and damaging bullying acts from TP upon me. Father i plead for peace in this seemingly unending issue. Father i pray for peace, mercy and grace to surround me. PLEASE led me out of this constant storms and hurricanes, triumphantly. i pray for humility and for restrained of words that only makes matter worst. in jesus name lord i pray for an end to all these pain and i praay for successful, breakthrough outcomes. i pray for your protection the next six months till i completes everywork with them. pls grant me patience and jesus armour. amen

There is truly life and death, in the power of the tongue. Lord, we pray for understanding of the pressures that lead to our rants and ravings that gets us into more trouble than we anticipated. We ask for forgivness and mercy in this situation, so that peace can rest and rule in the lives of these workers and co-workers. Send the spirit of love on the scene to patch up and mend broken hearts and egos that was bruised because of this conflict. Let all be civilized in conversations and team work. This I pray in Jesus' name. *AMEN*
