I don't smoke, chew or drink but when I want to relax-I reach for Milk Duds and microwave popcorn, they are quick, cheap, and can be eaten almost anywhere. They have become my enemy! Lord, please help me and others to control our flesh. I recently went on a 5 day liquid only fast, but that was for prayer for a breakthrough for salvation for loved ones. It felt really good, and the word of God was so much clearer, maybe that is what we should devote ourselved to, we can fast as a group with specific petitions in mind, let me know In Jesus' Name, Amen!! We Love YOu Jesus!!!! We give You, Lord Jesus all the praise!!

different than fasting from food is a fast from wrong thinking, it's a really good site, learned of it watching TBN, if you've ever heard of 'em. Some really excellent programing, if it weren't for pastors and ministries from here, I would never have known how to handle my health issues, many issues!!! I could list all the people who helped from this network. Some of 'em are Joyce Meyer, T.D.Jakes, Paula White, Marilyn Hickey, Mark Chirona, Jessie Duplantis, the list goes on & on! Oh yea the fasting from wrong thinking (Gregory Dickow ministries)www.thinkingfast.net. I sometimes do one day per week on fasting from food, sometimes more, it is a good way to help get that ole body under submission. In the name of Jesus, let us all get these bodies under submission, dear Lord we know we need it! Amen&amen.
Lord, we pray for the will power to not give in to the desires of the flesh, not only with food, but with all that's not in accordance with your will. In jesus' name I pray. *AMEN*
