Hi!
Praise God who...'comes to You(us) this way that He might show His awesome power....'-Ex 20:20(NLBV)!!
The Lord visited me this way(my driving test) on Nov 2,and showed His awesome power by enabling me to pass the very first time I took my level G drivers license (the highest level for private vehicle drivers).
I came into Canada as a student this year and even though i had almost 13yrs of valid driving experience from my home country,I (as every new person in this society) had to start from the scratch progressing through the Province of Ontario,newly introduced graduated drivers license for all drivers,which could take up to 2yrs to complete in most cases.
I passed my first test -G1 and acquired my license in April.For experienced drivers with valid drivers license, u are allowed to take the next level which is the intermediate level-G2 immediately if u so desire.OR go straight to G,which hardly happens,since even citizens have not been able to pass at a first trial the G2 test,let alone the G.
Because of my busy school schedule i could not make out time to go for my G2 test.But I guess when I was ready,God was more than ready!
I was focused 2wks ago for the G2,but the very first day I went for an incar practice with my driving school instructor,he said he believed i shld go for a full G! We went to book for the test the same day at the driving test centre and got a date for Dec. 3.
Though i was not too happy that this was a bit too far off, but we hoped someone would cancel before that date and we could take their place. I also felt at least it would give me more time to practice.The next week on Nov 1st when we went to check on any cancellations,we were told there was one for the very nxt day by 8.30am! You can imagine my mixed feeling,happy but at the same time wondering if I could make it, as i felt I had only had two classes of practice the previous wk!
Well,I sensed in my spirit that I shld go ahead and I accepted.Whoa!
I called my pastor to ask for him to join me in prayers and I called KCM help line and Marvin prayed with me,releasing the anointing and favor for success over my life.
On Nov 2 morning while I prayed the Lord gave me that word above in-Ex 20:20.He told me he was visiting me this way to show me His awesome power and HE also said this is for a sign of things to follow in earnest!
With this word and the faith i had garnered from Marvin's and my Pastor's prayer i went off confidently to 'pass' the test at the first try!
Yes,God even allowed the road to be wet with a sudden drizzle that morning(the wood wet,as with Elijah and the priests of baal).He showed his awesome power,by showing His divine judgement and power and accelerating me above and over my wildest expectaions even in such weather conditions,when the Test Instructor gave the final word-' you passed,and did excellently well!'Praise the Lord!!!
May I thank KCM and all who stood and stand by me and many others everyday,on behalf of I and my lovely and supportive wife.

You must be kidding me. What if you failed? Would you have blamed god if you failed? If "god" put us here for a reason, it wasn't to assist us. If he was to assist us, there wouldn't be cancer, there wouldn't be war, there wouldn't be hate.

I believe there is something (perhaps an idea) that gives you a self confidence boost, but I find it sad that people like you honestly believe he helped you personally.
