John 6:38 New International Version (NIV)
38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.

Some Christians believe that it is God's will for them to be sick. Some have said to me "God taught me through my sickness". Some Christians believe that everything that happens to them must have been God's will.

Matthew 6:10 King James Version (KJV)
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

If God's will were automatic then Jesus would not have taught the disciples to pray "thy will be done on earth". Jesus would not have asked the disciples to pray for something they already had.

A lot of what happens on earth is NOT God's will! You can sin all you want and God will not stop you. It is not God's will for you to sin but God will not force you to do what is right. God gave you a free will and God will not take your free will away from you. When you sin there are consequences. God does not want you to suffer those consequences, but choices come with consequences. That is why God told us about sin in the Word of God. God wanted to prevent us from suffering the consequences of sin.

Did you notice that this verse tells us that God's will IS done in heaven. "Thy will be done... as it is in heaven." Is their any sickness in heaven?

Revelation 21:3-4 Amplified Bible (AMP)
3 Then I heard a mighty voice from the throne and I perceived its distinct words, saying, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live (encamp, tent) among them; and they shall be His people, and God shall personally be with them and be their God.

4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.

There is no sickness in heaven. Sickness is not part of God's will. Sickness is part of the curse that came on the earth because of Adams sin.

Speak the Word: Father, It is your will for me to be in divine health from the crown to the ground.
