2 Corinthians 9:10 New International Version (NIV)
10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.

What is the "harvest of your righteousness"? Well, first we need to look at the meaning of righteousness. Righteousness has to do with having a right standing with God. You have the right to be in God's presence. Here let me show you.

Hebrews 4:16 Amplified Bible (AMP)
16 Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].

You are able to approach the throne of God because of the blood of Jesus. The moment you were forgiven of your sins you were given the right to speak with God. You have the right and authority to be in God's presence.

Now with righteousness come promises.

2 Peter 1:3-4 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
3 seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

4 For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.

You have promises that grant you everything pertaining to life and godliness. Do you need a car? Then your car has something to do with your life and the promises of God will grant you everything that pertains to life. Do you need healing in your body? That pertains to your life and has been granted to you according to the promises of God.

Get involved with giving and receiving. Watch the harvest of your righteousness increase. Watch as the promises and provision of God flow from your giving into every area of your life.

Speak the Word: Father, my giving releases the promises and provision of God into my life. My giving brings everything pertaining to life and godliness into my life.
