Leviticus 19:31 The Message (MSG)
31 "Don't dabble in the occult or traffic with mediums; you'll pollute your souls. I am GOD, your God.

You have the Spirit of God inside of you. What fellowship does God have with Satan? None, God kicked Satan out of heaven.

Luke 10:18 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
18 And He (Jesus) said to them, "I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning.

Now if God will not fellowship with Satan then why would we? When you watch, read, or listen to the occult you allow your self to be polluted or influenced by them. Stay away from Harry Potter, and Horror films.

Deuteronomy 6:5 New International Version (NIV)
5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Then Jesus said:

Mark 12:29-30 New International Version (NIV)
29 "The most important one (commandment)," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'

The most important commandment is to love God with all of your heart, mind, and strength. Is watching Harry Potter or a horror movie keeping or breaking that commandment? Is watching, reading, or listening to the works of Satan an act of love and worship towards God?

Some people ask, "How could a loving God allow 9-11 to happen?" How can we expect a loving God to protect us when we have kicked him out of our lives? We have taken God out of the government. Did you realize that the first prayer in congress took 4 hours? A painting depicting that prayer session shows Senators and Congressman on their knees in prayer. They described a powerful move of God during the very first session of Congress.

You see the issue is we have allowed them to take God out of our entertainment, government, courts, schools, and even out of our homes. We need God. We need to bring God back into every aspect of our lives. We need to love God with all of our heart, mind, and strength.

Speak the Word: Father, I love you with all of my heart, mind, and strength. I only watch, read, and listen to those things that Glorify God.
