John 3:16 New International Version (NIV)
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Not only did God give us the earth and everything on it. God gave us His very best. God gave us Jesus. In fact, with Jesus God gave us the very best He had. Look, God could replace heaven, the earth, the solar system, angels, etc. God could replace it all except Jesus. God gave us what was His highest and best gift. God gave what was precious to Him.

When it comes to God, have you given God your best? Are you giving God everything you have and the best of what you have?

Mark 12:30 Amplified Bible (AMP)
30 And you shall love the Lord your God out of and with your whole heart and out of and with all your soul (your life) and out of and with all your mind (with your faculty of thought and your moral understanding) and out of and with all your strength. This is the first and principal commandment.

Give God your very best. Not only will you be keeping the first and most important commandment, but you will living a life you love.

John 10:10 Amplified Bible (AMP)
10...I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

Jesus gave us this commandment so that we could live our life to the full. To live a life that overflows with the goodness and power of God. So get in on the giving side of life and live a life you will love.

Speak the Word: Father, I love you with all of my heart, mind, and strength. I will give whenever you ask me to give. In you I live a life that I love.
