Hebrews 12:22 Amplified Bible (AMP)
22 But rather, you have come to Mount Zion, even to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to countless multitudes of angels in festal gathering,

It is a party with angels! That sounds like a good time to me! Did you notice that there is a countless multitude of angels. God has enough angels to take care of any situation you or I will ever deal with. Hey if one angel can stop Pharaohs Army then what could a countless multitude do? Now I want you to think about this. God is backing you up with more angel power then you will ever need. I am not talking about some sort of spiritual power here. We are talking about a power that stopped Pharaohs Army (Exodus 14:19-20), that stopped the mouths of lions (Daniel 6:21-22), that rolled back the stone from Jesus' tomb (Matthew 28:2). We are talking about the kind of power to get you out of prison.

Acts 12:6-10 New International Version (NIV)
6 The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance. 7 Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. "Quick, get up!" he said, and the chains fell off Peter's wrists.

8 Then the angel said to him, "Put on your clothes and sandals." And Peter did so. "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me," the angel told him. 9 Peter followed him out of the prison, but he had no idea that what the angel was doing was really happening; he thought he was seeing a vision. 10 They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street, suddenly the angel left him.

Angels can help you. Angels are not just some cute idea that we use to comfort our children. Angels are powerful, effective, servants of God that can change your life. If that angel had not led Peter out of prison, it would have hurt the Church. So as you go about your business, open your mouth, speak the Word of God, and give your angels something to do.

Speak the Word: Father, thank you for sending angels to minister to me. I have the protection of angels.
