Hebrews 11:6 New Living Translation (NLT) 6 So, you see, it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that there is a God and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
Would you like to please God? You must believe that God is and the He rewards those who sincerely seek him. Let me stress this "God rewards those who sincerely seek him".
Psalm 35:27 New American Standard Bible (NASB) 27 Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication;
And let them say continually, "The LORD be magnified,
Who delights in the prosperity of His servant."
God is delighted when you prosper. God will reward you financially for seeking him. The word Prosperity in this verse has to do with every part of your life. It is not just financial. This prosperity is much more than that. The word prosperity in this verse is the Hebrew word "Shalom". Shalom is used in the bible to describe peace, health, financial prosperity, peace with your enemies (or social prosperity), and complete satisfaction in every area of life. That is "total life prosperity" and God is pleased when you receive it. Know wonder this verse talks about shouting for joy.
Speak the Word: Father, I know that you exist and that you reward those who sincerely seek you. You reward us with prosperity in every area of our lives.
