Mark 11:24 Amplified Bible (AMP)
24 For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].

What is God trying to say here? God is trying to tell you "I love you." Hey if your kids ask you for school supplies, will you buy them school supplies? Yes, of course you would. How much more will God supply all of your needs. But notice that Jesus took this past your needs to "whatever you ask for in prayer". Jesus is going beyond your needs and will give you the desires of your heart.

Of course your desires will have to line up with the Word of God. God is not going to give you so and so's spouse. But God will give you your own spouse. So make sure that your prayer lines up with the Word of God.

John 16:24 New International Version (NIV)
24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

God is looking for opportunities to answer your prayers. God is looking for opportunity to work in your life. Give God that opportunity. Go to God in prayer and "believe that you receive". You see, that is where the battle is.

Mark 4:14-15 Amplified Bible (AMP)
14 The sower sows the Word.

15 The ones along the path are those who have the Word sown [in their hearts], but when they hear, Satan comes at once and [by force] takes away the message which is sown in them.

Satan is going to try to convince you that you will not receive what you prayed for. Satan wants you to believe that God will not answer your prayer. Fight the good fight of faith. Receive from God. Believe that you will receive.

Speak the Word: Father, I believe that I receive. I believe that you have answered my prayers and I receive from you everything I have asked you for. I receive everything the Word of God says that I can have.
